  • 2 pcs carrots
  • 2 tbsp onion

    First, get all your ingredients ready. Finely shred the cabbage, chop the carrots, and finely chop the onion. A food processor can make this quick if you have one.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Keep whisking until the mixture is completely smooth and the sugar has fully dissolved.

    In a very large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped carrots, and chopped onion. Toss them together so they're evenly distributed.

    Pour the creamy dressing over the vegetable mixture. Use tongs or two large spoons to mix everything together thoroughly, making sure every piece is coated.

    Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least 2 hours. For the best flavor, let it sit overnight. Give it one more good stir before you serve it cold.
